Fresh Figs with Goat Cheese and Honey

Preparation Instructions
- Cut into quarters, stopping 1/2 inch from bottom to leave base intact:
8 large figs, fresh- Place figs onto serving dish.
- Using a spoon or a pastry bag divide evenly into the center of each fig:
1/2 cup goat cheese, softened- Drizzle over the figs with: 3 TBS honey
